Cancellation, Dispute Handling & Refund Policy

At BodyBliss, our goal is to ensure every client leaves feeling relaxed, renewed, and satisfied. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, but we encourage rescheduling rather than cancelling so you never miss out on your time of relaxation.

We’re Here to Keep You Relaxed - Even if Plans Change

At BodyBliss, we want your massage experience to be as stress-free as possible — from the moment you book until long after your treatment ends. Life happens, and sometimes plans need to shift. That’s why we keep our policies clear, fair, and focused on finding solutions that work for you. Whether it’s rescheduling your appointment, adjusting your treatment, or following up after your visit, our priority is making sure you leave feeling looked after.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your booking at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations: If you choose to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, you may request a credit for a future booking.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): The full service fee or deposit may be forfeited unless due to a genuine emergency.

  • No-shows: The full service fee applies for missed appointments without notice.

Dispute Handling

  • On-the-day concerns: If you are unhappy during your massage, please let your therapist know immediately. We will make every effort to adjust your treatment and resolve the matter on the spot.

  • Service recovery: If the issue cannot be fully resolved during your visit, we may offer a free rebooking, a partial refund, or a discount for future treatments — whichever is most appropriate.

  • Post-treatment follow-up: After each session, our system sends a feedback request. Any negative or neutral responses are personally reviewed, and we will contact you directly to address your concerns.

  • Refunds as a last resort: Refunds are only issued after all reasonable steps to resolve the matter have been taken.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
